Christian Arabic Church

We are a community of foreigners and Ukrainians in Kyiv, Ukraine who join together to grow in our faith, support each other in our walk with God and celebrate all that God does in us and through us.

Salvation in Christ!

We Christians do not believe that God married the Virgin Mary and fathered a child from her named Jesus (Isa). Instead, we Christians believe that Jesus Christ is the Word of God made flesh, and we believe that God is one and indivisible in nature. The Word of God is united with God. He is God. This is written in the Gospel of John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was in God, and the Word was God. 1:14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the Only Begotten of the Father."

And we believe that we are all sinners. We all have a sinful nature that we received from our father Adam. When Adam sinned against God, God cast him out of Paradise. As a result of that, we are outside of Paradise to this day .

And we believe that God is holy, loves us and wants us to live with Him, that is why He sent us the Savior - Jesus Christ to bring us to God, as it is written in the Gospel of John 14:6 "Jesus said to him: "I am a way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Our God and Saviour wants everyone to be saved.

Anyone who wants to come to God can do so through Jesus Christ as written in the Gospel of John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life". This is the Gospel in which we believe.

Our mission

The mission of the Arabic church is to preach the Gospel in the Arabic language. We share the Good News of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, using media resources, social networks and live communication in the church and on the streets during evangelism. In the New Testament we read: "for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”                                                                                                                   How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it iswritten: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God." Romans 10:13-15, 17.

Service of the word
Service of the word

We hold divine services every Sunday, during which we preach the Gospel of Christ, "for it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes, because God's truth appears in it from faith to faith, as it is written: And the righteous shall live by faith." Romans, 1:16-17.

Bible studies
Bible studies

We also conduct Bible studies for all those who are interested, teaching "the Holy Scriptures, which can make you wise for salvation by faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God, and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for guidance, for education in righteousness, so that God's man may be perfect, ready for every good deed." 2 Timothy 3:15-17.

Sharing the Gospel
Sharing the Gospel

Jesus Christ commanded His disciples: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew, 28:19, 20. We preach and teach the words of the Savior to all people, in Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian and English languages.

Prayer service
Prayer service

Prayer takes place either online or in church, as well as in the format of individual communication. "Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.!" James, 5:13-16.
